01Using the beta
These Terms of Service govern the Charter Row Financial website at charterrowfinancial.com, contractor intake, and partner workspace. “Charter Row Financial,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of these services. By submitting an inquiry or enrollment request, creating an account, or using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use an account.
The service is intended for adults age 18 or older representing businesses in the United States. You must be authorized to act for the business whose information you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
02In development. No financing available.
This is a beta website. Our contractor first financing program is still in development, and financing is not currently available. No lending provider is connected. Features may be incomplete, change, or become unavailable. We do not promise a launch date, program acceptance, or continuous access.
Charter Row Financial is not a lender and does not currently accept consumer loan applications, perform credit checks, make credit decisions, or originate or fund loans. The planned platform would handle contractor onboarding, application routing, and program support. Under that planned model, participating sponsor banks would originate and fund loans, subject to separate agreements and their requirements.
We are working on provider relationships. Descriptions of future features, lender roles, or program types do not mean those relationships or services are currently available.
03Inquiries, enrollment, and drafts
The homepage Continue button saves your initial business and contact details after human verification and a successful submission. It requests phone or email contact about your inquiry, even if you do not finish the full business profile. A final enrollment submission supplies additional details for review.
A submitted form, verified email, account, or project draft is not contractor program approval, a credit application, a financing commitment, or a partnership agreement. Project drafts are planning records only. They are not sent to a lender and do not request payment or funding. Do not represent them to customers as approved financing.
No payment is collected through beta enrollment. Any future paid services, financing programs, compensation arrangements, or contractor obligations would require their own disclosed terms or agreement.
04Examples and website content
Payment examples use hypothetical amounts, rates, and terms for illustration. They are not quotes, offers, advertised available rates, or assurances of approval, savings, or business results. Actual future terms, if a program becomes available, would be determined through that program and its participating lender.
Marketing copy, sample videos, and program concepts are beta content and may be replaced. Placeholder material does not establish an endorsement or an existing lender relationship. Do not use this website’s examples as customer financing disclosures.
05Your account and information
Provide accurate, current information and update it when needed. You are responsible for having permission to supply business and owner contact details. Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank account details, payment card data, or customer credit information.
Verify your email when creating an account and keep your password and recovery information private. Authenticator protection is optional; if enabled, it must be completed when required. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized account use. You may not access another business’s records or share an account to bypass access restrictions.
You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to store, process, and use it to respond to your request and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not authorize a credit inquiry or customer loan application.
06Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, impersonation, misleading financing claims, spam, malware, or unauthorized data collection. Do not defeat CAPTCHA or authentication, test systems without permission, interfere with service operation, or attempt to view records you are not entitled to access.
Our branding, website design, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended business purpose, but you may not present our brand or beta content as your own or suggest an endorsement without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
07Third-party services
Hosting, email, storage, and verification providers help operate this website. Their availability and applicable terms may affect your use. Google reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. A link to another website is not a guarantee of its content or an endorsement of a financing offer.
Future lender services would be governed by separate lender documents and disclosures. These beta terms do not replace them.
08Availability and responsibility
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintain your own copies of business records and do not rely on beta project drafts for an actual financing transaction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from beta use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or changes to the beta. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Retention and deletion of information are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
09Changes and future agreements
We may revise these terms as the beta develops. Updated terms will show a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service. A later signed program agreement may establish separate obligations for a live program.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
